Buyer/Broker Information
If you are a buyer or agent representing a buyer in the process of buying at Wild Sage:
For Wild Sage documents (Covenants, Codes, Restrictions (“CC&Rs”), Bylaws, or Policies). Please request these from the seller or seller’s agent. At Wild Sage, the seller of the Wild Sage unit is responsible for providing these documents and is able to access/download them from our internal Wild Wiki website.
For Wild Sage financials or Lender Survey/Questionnaire, submit the request as follows:
- Email: infowildsagecohousing.org with Subject “attn: Finance Team - Buyer Request for Documents”
- Tell us which documents are requested (Balance Sheet, Annual Budget, Lender Survey/Questionnaire), and the street address of the unit being purchased.
- If Lender Survey/Questionnaire is requested, include it as an attachment.
Please allow up to 10 calendar days for the financial / Lender Survey documents to be returned to you by email.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Wild Sage is not currently renting our common house to outside groups.
